Took my car in on the 31st of August for a transmission fluid change before a trip. She tried to give them some trouble, but the mechanic put her in her place. We drove all the way to Harrison, TN and back with no issues. We will definitely return to keep her running right.

We were leaving fort myers early Monday morning a week after tragically losing our house to a hurricane. Our vans battery light came on. I called Lou immediately and he said he'd get it fixed immediately so we could head back to Michigan. Two hours later we had a new alternator and our van was ready to travel. I would recommend Lou's to everyone! Very friendly staff and they go the extra mile to get your car fixed as soon as possible.
